Up for sale is a vintage Vacheron Constantin wristwatch, Model 18709, 18K yellow gold, case no. 482723, movement no. 648040, 16 brilliant diamonds (approximate 3.0ct) set on the bezel, Cal. 1430 hand-wind movement, comes with an extract from the archives and an original box. The watch is in excellent condition.
 
This watch is a 1974 creation from Vacheron Constantin. Its elegant yet distinctive oval-shaped case accentuates the lines of the wrist. The integrated bracelet is now impossible to replicate.
