Here is a vintage Patek Philippe women’s watch, 18K solid yellow gold with unique complicated craft woven bracelet, Guilloché (Guillochage) dial with original diamond-set indexes. The intersecting grooves of Guilloché form a patina of endlessly varied motifs to catch and reflect the light; here, they strike out from the center in rays. Mechanical hand-wind movement, very hard to find.
