Up for sale is a vintage Patek Philippe Ellipse watch, 18K solid white gold, 26 diamond-set bezel, with an integrated 18k white gold woven bracelet which is made by Jean-Pierre Ecoffey for Patek Philippe (stamped JPE), hand-winding movement, made circa 1974, come with an extract from the archives, very fine and elegant.
