Up for sale is a Patek Philippe vintage lady’s watch, Ref. 3357/7, case no. 2688657, movement no. 1244361, 18K white gold, 22 round diamonds setting on the bezel (2.87ct), snap-on case back, Cal. 13.5 hand-wind movement, the watch is in brand new condition, comes with a Patek Philippe box and an Extract from the Archives confirming the original date of sale - August 1972.
 
This is a vintage Patek Philippe from 1971, originally set with diamonds totaling nearly 3 carats. It features a manual winding Patek Philippe movement with Geneva Seal, representing the pinnacle of quality and surpassing over 90% of contemporary Patek Philippe antique women's watches. Additionally, it is made of platinum, and antique Patek Philippe women's watches in 18K white gold are far rarer than those in 18K yellow gold.
