Here is a vintage Patek Philippe Nautilus, Ref. 3800/001, 18K solid yellow gold and stainless steel, case size 37mm, gold ribbed dial with applied luminous baton markers, luminous hands, sweep center seconds, bracelet with deployant clasp, Cal. 335SC automatical mechanical movement, comes with its original, stamped certificate of origin from Patek Philippe, product literature and leather wallet.
