Here is a very rare and elegant Patek Philippe vintage watch, 18K solid yellow and white gold, Cobalt blue dial, 9 enflamed 18K solid white gold plates with bronze powder and chalcopyrite bracelet, Cal. 13,5 manual movement, 20 Jewels, GENÈVA seal, come with original certificate of origin stamped by Swiss retailer Stäuble Chronometrie, Zermatt, dated March 1973, Extract from the Archives confirming the manufacture of the present watch, and original box. The white and yellow gold ref. 4119 was launched in 1971, due to the difficulties of producing these plates the model was made in a very limited series only. This reference is furthermore believed to be the only second example of this rare timepiece to appear in public to date. Chalcopyrite is a mineral also known as Peacock Ore because of its iridescent green, blue, pink, purple, and gold colors resembling the feathers of a peacock. The colors originate from the oxidation of copper and iron in the crystal.
