Up for sale is a wildly rare Patek Philippe lady’s wristwatch, Ref. 4290/2, case no. 2764278, movement no. 1276904, 18K yellow gold, the oval case with a woven ‘rope’ finishing, original lapis lazuli stone dial, the braided rope style 18K yellow gold bracelet was crafted at the atelier of George L'Enfant, Cal. 16-250 manual movement, comes with an extract from the archives and the original box. The watch is in brand-new condition.
