Up for sale is a rare Patek Philippe vintage lady’s cocktail wristwatch from the 1950s, Ref. 3267/18, Howes-signed, case no. 2612158, movement no. 980971, platinum case, original diamond, 16mm in diameter, the light silver dial with baton numerals, Cal. 13.5-320 manual movement, 20 Jewels, comes with an original box and an extract from the archives. The watch is in excellent condition.
