Here is a very stunning Patek Philippe vintage watch, 18K solid yellow gold, Ref. 3266/112, circa 1960 20 Jewels, Cal. 13.5-320 hand-wind movement, square silvered 8mm dial with numerals, flanked on either side by a row of 11 round brilliant cut diamonds, integral mesh bracelet.
